ACLU Letter on Judge Kavanaugh Nomination

In a letter to the United States Senate, the ACLU urges that the FBI be able to fully investigate the allegations of sexual assault made against Judge Brett Kavanaugh, free from political interference, and that the results of that investigation be made available to all Senators.
