A letter from the ACLU sent on April 11th, 2013 to the House urging a NO vote on a procedural matter, allowing the Pay Check Fairness Act to be brought up for a vote. The letter also urges members to sign a discharge petition to bring PFA up for a vote as a standalone bill.
