The ACLU submitted these comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in response to Chairman Ajit Pai’s proposal to eliminate net neutrality protections critical to protecting everybody’s right to access an uncensored Internet. The ACLU urged the FCC to reject final adoption of the proposal, which would allow a few large corporations the authority to control access, and opens the way to pay-to-play “fast lanes” for those who can afford it.
