Regarding the impact of the Supreme Court decision in Ledbetter v. Goodyear

On behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and its hundreds of thousands of members, activists, and fifty-four affiliates nationwide, we thank the Senate Judiciary Committee for holding a hearing examining the impact of the Supreme Court’s decision in Ledbetter v.
