ACLU Urges House of Representatives to Vote NO on H.R. 8282, the Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act

In a letter sent to the House of Representatives on June 4, 2024, the ACLU urged members to oppose H.R. 8282, the Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act. This bill would impose sanctions with respect to the International Criminal Court (ICC) for any efforts to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any protected person of the United States and its allies.
