“Affirmative Action in Higher Education: The Racial Justice Landscape after the SFFA Cases” utilizes the expertise of leading civil rights organizations to provide a legal history of affirmative action in higher education, analyze the Supreme Court’s decision in the SFFA cases, discuss the racial justice consequences of upending 45 years of precedent, and offer recommendations for advancing educational equity in light of the decision.
