Coalition letter we just sent to the House urging a yes vote on Schiff/Smith amendment #6 to the FY 2016 Intelligence Authorization Act. The Schiff/Smith amendment would strike four sections of the bill which add new restrictions to prevent the Administration from closing the Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp. Should the Schiff/Smith amendment fail, we urge a no vote on final passage of the bill.
