Coalition letter sent to the House this morning on HR 1735, the FY16 National Defense Authorization Act. The letter urges a no vote on final passage of the bill, and is largely the same as the letter sent yesterday, it just removes the vote recommendations on the Walorski and Smith/Nadler amendments
