A 1999 agreement between Israel and the US outlining the purpose, objective, responsibilities, and amendments to the intelligence relationship between the two countries and the protocol for meetings and exchanging of information. The scope of the agreement covers "military and military-political developments" in Syria, Iraq, Librya, Iran and Lebanon as well as North Africa.
