Letter to OMB on PRA requirements

The ACLU and coalition partners sent this letter to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on Feb. 13, urging OMB to issue guidance to federal agencies to remind them of requirements under the Paperwork Reduction Act to give public notice before removing online government information. The letter was issued in the wake of recent reports that a number of government agencies have begun removing information on a number of important topics.
