Letter to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Urging that Confirmation Hearings Should Cover the Nominees’ Commitment to Banning Taxpayer Funds from Being Used to Discriminate
This January 6, 2017 letter was sent to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions in advance of their confirmation hearings for nominees Betsy DeVos to serve as Secretary of Education, Tom Price to serve as Secretary of Health and Human Services, and Andrew Puzder to serve as Secretary of Labor.
