Letter to Congress on Department of Homeland Security's Politicized Targeting of Georgia Activists

ACLU, ACLU of Georgia, Legal & Defense Fund, Center for Constitutional Rights, and Brennan Center wrote to the leaders of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, as well as the House Committee on Homeland Security and the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs to express concern about the inappropriate use of federal counterterrorism authorities by the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) to target "Stop Cop City" activists in Atlanta, Georgia.
