National Coalition on School Diversity Sign-On Letter to Department of Education re: Comments on Implementing Programs under Title I of the Every Student Succeeds Act

These comments, led by the National Coalition on School Diversity (NCSD) and sent on January 21, 2016 to the Department of Education, make recommendations for implementing changes in Title I programming under the Every Student Succeeds Act, the new law reauthorizing the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.
