NYCLU and ACLU Women’s Rights Project Comment on New York State's Draft Sexual Harassment Materials

The New York Civil Liberties Union and the American Civil Liberties Union Women’s Rights Project provided comments on New York State’s draft model sexual harassment prevention policy, complaint form, and training materials. The comments provide suggestions for further strengthening the draft materials during this historic moment of reckoning with harassment’s continuing harms.
