American Civil Liberties Union ICERD Shadow Report to the U.S. Periodic Report

In August 2014, the United States government will be reviewed on its compliance with the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) in Geneva. The review will be conducted by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, to which the U.S. submitted its combined Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Periodic Report in June 2013. In preparation for the upcoming review, the ACLU has released its shadow report to the U.S. Periodic Report.
