I’m an Iranian PhD student studying computer science and engineering in Pennsylvania. I haven’t met my parents and my family for two years. I’m not able to go outside US since there is no guarantee that I can get a visa to finish my PhD and my parents can not get a visa to come and see me.
I’m thinking of getting a visa for Canada for my parents and go to the peace arch park in Canada. It’d be a very hard way to see my parents but I really miss them and one of my friends have done this. If they can get a visa to Canada and I go to Seattle I might be able to visit them for 8 hours each day.
I have thought of any ways that I can see my parents for a few hours and this looks to be the only way.
