ACLU Comments to HUD on FHA Disparate Impact Standard

The ACLU submitted these comments to the Department of Housing and Urban (HUD) in support of robust enforcement of the current Disparate Impact Rule under the Fair Housing Act. The comments argue that the Disparate Impact Rule in its current form is consistent with the standard set in the 2015 Supreme Court decision in the Inclusive Communities case and does not need to be amended.
