Coalition Comments from LGBT Organizations Expressing Grave Concerns Over Department of Health and Human Services Strategic Plan

These October 26, 2017 coalition comments, signed by the ACLU, express grave concern over the exclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people as a population from the HHS Strategic Plan FY 2018-2022.
