The ACLU joined this letter to the Department of Health and Human Services, regarding proposed changes to the form used to file complaints with the agency’s Office of Civil Rights that would further the agency’s efforts to prioritize religious liberty claims above the civil rights of all people in the care of HHS-funded programs.
