San Francisco Giants Tell LGBT Youth: "It Gets Better"

Yesterday, World Series champions the San Francisco Giants became the first professional sports team to contribute to the “It Gets Better” video project.

The Advocate reported last month that Giants spokeswoman Staci Slaughter said a video was in the works even before a Change.org petition gathered more than 6,500 signatures urging the baseball team to make a video.

Speaking of firsts, the ACLU was among the first nationwide nonprofit organizations to contribute It Gets Better videos. Check them out here:
