ACLU v. NSA

We walked en masse from our hotel toward the Potter Stewart US Court House in Cincinnati, OH for the oral arguments before the 6th Circuit in the NSA wiretapping case.

Since the Government is listening to us, you all may as well listen to it as well. Here is the link to hear the arguments yourself.

Sitting in the gallery waiting for the arguments to begin, I look around the courtroom. I count 15 paintings on the 4 walls surrounding us. 13 are of white men, 1 is of a white woman, and 1 is of a man who looks African-American. These images seem to serve no purpose other than to remind us of the score (white guys 13, other-than-white-guys 2).
