WHAT: The American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan will announce at a press conference a lawsuit on behalf of Highland Park students and their families.
Highland Park School District ranks among the bottom 5 percent of Michigan school districts. Michigan is among the lowest performing states in the nation. This school district – the bottom of the bottom — is ground zero for education reform.
