ALBUQUERQUE, NM—Today, the APD Forward legal team, comprised of prominent New Mexico civil rights attorneys, will release their analysis of the Department of Justice (DOJ)/Albuquerque Police Department (APD) settlement outlining the agreed police reforms over the next several years. The analysis will include an accounting of the strengths and weaknesses of the agreement and provide feedback on how the reform process can be bolstered.
