Canton Police trained on home-grown terrorist threat (Wicked Local Canton)
More than 100 police and security officers from across Massachusetts attended a training session on how to identify and interact with “Sovereign Citizens.” The trainers estimated there were 600,000 Sovereign Citizens in the U.S., and called them “a serious threat to officers and the community,” based on their ideology. A trainer stated that “you can’t reason with them…they’re operating outside of our society’s moral boundaries.”
