Documents obtained by the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF) in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request reveal the coordination between DHS, the FBI, state and local law enforcement agencies, and the private sector to conduct inappropriate surveillance of Occupy Wall Street protestors’ First Amendment activities.
