Documents obtained by the ACLU of Northern California reveal that the FBI conducted surveillance of Occupy activists planning protests at the Port of Oakland. The ACLU continues to push for the release of at least 24 documents the FBI withheld under exceptions to protect national security and the identities of confidential informants.
