FBI Must Forge Business Ties to Head Off Terrorism, Bureau Official Says (Bloomberg.com)

The FBI plans to increase information sharing with businesses so that they can identify suspicious activities that the FBI refers to as “tripwires” or “threat indicators” that may be related to terrorist activity.
