Opponents of Bill Allowing Discrimination Prepare for Public Hearing

The bill would require public colleges to fund discrimination by student groups – against racial and ethnic groups, women, LGBT students, or anyone else that a student group decides to exclude on the basis of religious belief.”The issue at stake in SB 175 is not whether student organizations are free to believe and associate as they like – they are.
