In Detroit, a passenger may have been the victim of unconstitutional racial profiling as a result of her Middle Eastern appearance. She was escorted off of an airplane in handcuffs, detained, strip searched, fingerprinted, and interrogated by Airport Police when two men who were seated next to her were wrongly reported to have engaged in ‘suspicious activity’ by going to the bathroom.
