A vague warning about the possibility of school shootings in an Oklahoma Fusion Center intelligence bulletin led to a panic at Oklahoma City Community College when a responding security guard accidentally discharged a weapon in the school library and the school went into lockdown. The bulletin was not based on a specific threat and didn’t mention Oklahoma schools as a possible target.
