State Police: Terror Bulletins Sent Them On Wild Goose Chases (pittsburghlive.com)

A Pennsylvania State Police official testified that he warned the Director of Homeland Security that “terror bulletins” produced by a private contractor contained erroneous information that was diverting police resources. The bulletins included information about non-violent political protests and events.
