This video shows the brutal beating of 24 year-old inmate Hanni Elabed by another inmate at the Idaho Correctional Center (ICC).  The video confirms claims made by the ACLU that the private prison, run by the for-profit Corrections Corporation of America (CCA), promotes a culture of violence.

After the ACLU sued CCA they agreed to make improvements, and violence at ICC is down. Now CCA is trying to buy more prisons. That's a terrible idea.
