The American Civil Liberties Union and the ACLU of Texas’ report, Trapped in Texas: How Federal — and Now State — Immigration Enforcement Traps People Trying to Escape Texas’ Abortion Ban, explores how immigration enforcement severely limits undocumented people’s access to abortions.
