Engages private entities that are involved with Navy critical infrastructure, such as contractors that would be managing research facilities, waste handling, power plants, etc. (several thousand facilities under their purview), mostly notifications on what potential threats are, how to protect from such a threat; provides them with information that would be provided to military about threats, etc., as required by law.
