The husband of a Navy lieutenant was stranded in Hawaii for six days because he was inexplicably placed on the “No Fly List” in between connecting flights on a trip to Japan. He believes he was barred from flying because of political views he expresses on radio talk shows. The “No Fly List,” which TSA officials say includes approximately 500 Americans, raises significant constitutional concerns since victims often become stranded far from home with no notice or due process.
