Documents responsive to a Freedom of Information Act request reveal that Bryan County Sheriff’s Department agents infiltrated a group of environmental activists and made preemptive arrests, stopping their peaceful protest against the TransCanada tar sands pipeline. The documents reveal law enforcement has also been working with TransCanada through the Oklahoma Information Fusion Center to track and share information on the activists’ activities.
