Scott Pruitt was just confirmed as head of the Environmental Protection Agency. The confirmation comes despite calls to delay the vote until public records from his time as Oklahoma attorney general could be reviewed.

The documents include communications with Koch Industries and other coal, oil and gas corporations. Whether Pruitt is head of the EPA or Oklahoma attorney general, the American people have the right to review these documents so they can hold him accountable. The ACLU and its partners will continue to prosecute the public records case.
