ACLU of Wisconsin Launches Parody Voting Rights PSAsCheck out these voting rights videos designed and produced by ACLU youth activists in Milwaukee with Emilio de Torre, the ACLU of Wisconsin's Youth and Program Director. The PSAs feature students from the ACLU Student Alliance at University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and were shot by Sal Gomez, a producer-director whose work has been featured on Milwaukee Public Television. The ACLU of Wisconsin has linked these PSAs to their website where they provide additional resources on voting rights, poll watchers and election inspectors:
And for those of you who are fans of late-night infomercials (and who isn't, really?) check out the "Timeless Classics" video:
And don’t forget to check at the ACLU of Wisconsin's e-activism page and multimedia page for two more PSAs that should be out soon!
A Blog of Rights Service Announcement: We are currently implementing some exciting new changes to this website. While we work on this, blog comments have been disabled. But they'll be back up ASAP, so hold that thought and you'll be able to submit your comment soon.
