Bio
Quinn Phillips is a Skadden Fellow at the ACLU National Prison Project. Her fellowship project focuses on challenging youth detention resulting from government failures in the child welfare / family policing systems. Quinn is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where she was an ASPIRE (Antiracist Scholar for Progress, Innovation, and Racial Equity) Scholar. During law school, she interned for a federal judge in the District of Massachusetts and for the ACLU of Massachusetts. Before law school, Quinn held a variety of roles, including teaching college courses at a medium-security prison and working with a restorative justice organization. Quinn earned her Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and a master’s degree from Tufts University.
