The ACLU joined this letter to Rep. Bobby Scott, Chairman of the Committee on Education and Labor as well as Rep. Virginia Foxx, Ranking Member of the Committee on Education and Labor calling for the removal of policy barriers for people incarcerated who wish to access higher education.
