The ACLU joined these letters from the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) in support of bicameral legislation that would delay the implementation of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), which is intended to help document and verify care, in order to work out issues with implementation, effective EVV program design, and privacy through a formal rulemaking process. The 21st Century Cures Act included EVV requirements and set the compliance date for the end of this year.
