Joint ACLU and Leadership Conference Vote Recommendation on FIRST STEP cloture and amendments

The ACLU joined The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights to the Senate expressing our support of the vote for clotures and our opposition to all amendments. This legislation is a next step towards desperately needed federal criminal justice reform.
