Joint ACLU and The Leadership Conference Vote Recommendation on FIRST STEP in the House 12/19

The ACLU joined The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights in a letter to the House expressing our support of the FIRST STEP Act. This legislation is a next step towards desperately needed federal criminal justice reform.
