Statement for the Record Regarding the Oversight of the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the FIRST STEP Act Implementation

The ACLU joined the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights to submit a letter to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee in response to their “Oversight Hearing on the Federal Bureau of Prisons and Implementation of the First Step Act.
