This letter demonstrates the ACLU’s support of H.R. 3713, the Sentencing Reform Act of 2015. The American Civil Liberties Union supports the current version of the bill because it is the most significant criminal justice reform legislation to be considered by Congress since the Fair Sentencing Act of 2010.
