Given what we know of Kavanaugh’s record that has been released so far, it has increased the urgency and need for more information about his time as Staff Secretary.

The Staff Secretary memos will give the requisite insight into Kavanaugh’s personal opinions on key civil rights issues and is, therefore, the best source of information for understanding how he might consider cases that could come before him on the Supreme Court.
