“Today’s verdict sends a clear message to all would-be vigilantes that nobody is above the law. Disagreement with the constitutional right to abortion does not justify criminal violence against those who provide or access this care. Dr. Tiller devoted his life to ensuring that women can get the health care they need. Our thoughts continue to be with Dr. Tiller’s family.”
