ACLU signed coalition letters sent to the leaders of the Appropriations Committees in the House of Representatives (Rogers, Lowey) asking to reject policy riders in the Fiscal Year 2016 appropriations legislation that would withhold insurance coverage and funding for comprehensive reproductive health care, including abortion.
