ACLU of Delaware Sends Letter to AG Jennings and DOC Commissioner DeMatteis re: COVID-19
Amid the rapidly-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, the ACLU of Delaware’s Legal Director, Karen Lantz, has issued a letter to Attorney General Kathy Jennings and Delaware Department of Corrections Commissioner Claire DeMatteis about the need to make sure officials are doing everything they can to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in Delaware’s correctional facilities.
