Jamil Dakwar, Director of the ACLU's Human Rights Program, is in Guantánamo this week. Yesterday he observed the hearing of Ibrahim al-Qosi, a Sudanese national who boycotted the military commission proceedings and refused representation by his appointed defense attorney. Jamil blogged about the hearing in Daily Kos.
